Today's activities are as follows...
At home:
- 15 minutes yoga an 5 minutes meditation
- another 5 minutes stretching
- house chores
At the gym:
- deadlifts 85 pounds, 6 reps/6 sets
- hip thrust 85 pounds, 1 rep/ 6 sets
- hip thrust 30 pounds, 30 reps/ 3 dets
- bench step up, 3mins/ 3 sets
Extras :
- walked around the mall and around the community
