Wow. Today was a good day to use actifit as a companion. Had exams today, but that never stopped me from getting a little fitness in my bodyy. Walked to the exam center with intense speed. You can call it aerobics or brisk walking. It also has its benefit. I mean brisk walking. You get to walk so fast that you burn fat, increase your hrart rate. And exercise that increase heart rates are very good for makong the heart healthy. Stay fit
