As we all know, @actifit aims at rewarding getting fit. So I am going to share a health food for thought I found while surfing the Internet. This is not just for men only, but for wen and children. Fathers, teach your son's and daughters, mothers, teach your husband, sons and daughters. And what is it that you should teach? It is the food that you should eat to boost sperm count. Sperms count is the amount of sperms cell of a male. A sperms full of nutrients is a sperms capable of making babies. These foods that boost sperms count are;
- Pormgrenatas
- Tomatoes
- Garlic
- Egg
- Walnut
- Berries
- Dark chocolate
- Lentils
- Carrot
- Olive oil
Sperm count may reduce due to obesity, stress, pollution, junk food.
So while all these are having effects on the body, it is important that we counteract their actions by treating them with the above listed foods to avoid STORIES THAT TOUCH.
