Above picture is a lay of the university of Ilorin grounds where i had my walk and jog today. Tge structure beaide is the greenhouse in the departmebt of agriculture i actually passed there. I never expected i would go so far. But it was great.
Today, Walking a long distance and jogging seemed like its good for the body. The jogging raises the heart, the walking helps to workout the leg. It's actually good to do so. But making sure we brisk walk and also walk gently. All in the Name of keeping fit and staying healthy.
