My Actifit Report Card: October 28 2018
If you want to stay healthy and fit, you have to eat healthy and do exercise. Nowadays we spend a lot of time sitting. When you are at work, you are on your desk. If you work from home, you are in front of your computer, still you spend a lot of time sitting. You might feel pain on your back for sitting like this for a long time. So get up and walk around instead of sitting for a long time.
I went out and walked today. If you go out for a walk, you can many things and get fresh air that refresh your body and mind. I just love.
Later, I did exercise. That's it for now.
