Today I spent more time on walking. Walking is the easiest form of exercise. If you have never done exercise before, you can start walking. Anyone can do that. It is p appropriate for everybody, regardless of the age.

If you are passionate about yoga, you can do yoga. It will help you to be strong internally and externally.

So start doing exercise and enjoy your life!
