Hope you are doing very good. Because of using this app, you can track your physical activity and workout. It will give you all the information that you need. I moved more today than yesterday. Whatever you do, do something to burn your calories.
You can do a lot of things to burn your calories. You can run, jog, walk, swim, play sports and so on. Start doing from there what you like most. Then it would be easier to get started.
