My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2019

Nicht zuviel und nicht zuwenig Bewegung hat mein Körper heute abbekommen. Zwar waren es wieder viele Kilometer im Auto, aber dafür auch das Freeletics Training, welches ja nicht erfasst wird, hier auf #actifit.
Dafür dürfte ein ganzer Lebkuchen den Weg in meinen Rächen finden!
