My Actifit Report Card: November 2 2018
Howdy and greetings to all. Hope everyone’s doing great today.
I woke up this morning and got ready for my Actifit activity. I managed to stop by at Actifit Discord to say hi and a few words before taking off outdoors into the neighborhood.
This morning was another one of those wonderful mornings. I enjoyed it simply because it was windy and breezy. It always makes me feel refreshing and makes my activities more at ease and relax. Well, that’s what it does to me, anyways - all the time.
Then halfway along my path as I was jogging across the street from an elementary school I saw children in the playground with their teacher holding a clipboard. It must have been their PE class or something. She was, judging from her hand motion, instructing them to run from the red pole to the blue pole just a few yards apart in distance. The children were having a good time and cheering each other; being social with classmates at school.
Back to my Actifit I made my 18K steps by 10 this morning. I came home and I did a few cooling down exercises. Showered and I’m feeling good so far about myself with my Actifit activity, hence always being grateful and thank goodness, it’s Friday. Always looking forward for the next day to come.
