My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2019

Hello and good day everyone! Happy Monday and welcome to my fitness report.

Today, as usual I did my warmup exercises at home and then off walking around in the neighborhood and stopping by the nature trail on my way home. This morning the weather was nice and refreshing. It was 61F - 64F degrees with cool fresh air and a bit breezy. I got back home just before ten o’clock and I accidentally deleted my screenshot for my automaticwin. So, no automaticwin today.

Come afternoon, the temp had risen to 75F - 80F degrees, so the forecast yesterday turned out to be right. With the temp being hot, I went to the mall and walked there for a few rounds then grabbed my lunch at the food court and also had my snack at the other venue before getting back home and that’s pretty much it for me today.
