My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2019

Hello and good day everyone! Happy Tuesday and welcome to my fitness report. I hope you guys are doing well with your activities today.

As for me, it was another active and productive day with Actifit. It all started this morning doing warm up exercises and calisthenics in the living room. Then off to the neighborhood walking for a couple of hours. I was taking pictures of flowers and landscapes during this walk using my iPhone camera as I enjoy taking photos of anything that catches my eyes.

This morning the weather was really nice. It was 58F degrees and breezy fresh cool air it was really refreshing and soothing. I returned home about 15 minutes before ten o’clock.

Come afternoon, the temp had risen to 70F - 78F degrees, so with that I went to the mall and spent my time walking there and window shopping. And as usual I stopped by the food for a bite of pizza and my bowl of primo from the other venue. Taking a break while I ate my food.

Alright, that’s it for me today. Thanks for following, stopping, reading and supporting my post. I truly appreciate it. I look forward to seeing you all again tomorrow as I’ll be doing and repeating this routine of event tomorrow. Until next time, stay cool and awesome.
