My Actifit Report Card: August 12 2019
Greetings and good day dear fellow Steemians and Actifitters. Happy Monday and welcome to my fitness report.
Today was a busy day for me. Getting up early and doing my warmup exercises using my dumbbells. Then off walking in the neighborhood. I enjoyed my walk in the morning with cool fresh air and a bit of wind was indeed refreshing. I took a few photos along the way and listened to some music on my iPhone. I managed to achieve an automaticwin and I got back home just before ten o’clock.
In the afternoon I went to the mall and walked there for a couple of rounds and then stopping by at Share-tea for a cold matcha drink before leaving the place and headed off to the grocery store to pick a few toiletries.
Then I went to the downtown at 6 Avenue and had dinner at Gateway to India restaurant and after dinner I walked some more before returning home and finally ending my day. All in all, I had a wonderful time walking to different places for fitness, shopping, and dining.
