My Actifit Report Card: September 8 2019
Hello and good day everyone! Happy Sunday and welcome to my fitness report of the day. I hope you guys are doing well and that you’re having lots of fun with your activities today as did mine.
To begin with, I did my warmup exercises and calisthenics early this morning in my living room right after waking at 6AM. And I wouldn’t want to be bored with just performing exercises, so I turned on the TV, so I can watch the news and see what are the current events happening in the world. Sad to watch that those protesters In Hong Kong still underway and they’re seeking assistance from the US.
Going back to my activity, i did my exercises and upon completion, I instantly made my way out the door and began walking out and about in the surroundings around the neighborhood for some time.
And today was another beautiful day walking in a wonderful lovely 59F degree weather with cool fresh air really feels refreshing and energizing as I kept on walking.
Also, I captured a few photos as I walked my way around while enjoying some wonderful upbeat and mellow music from my phone was pleasantly comforting and just makes the time fly fast.
I returned home just before ten o’clock and hence achieved the automaticwin.
At home I rested, watched more TV, ate breakfast, did a little house cleaning, got cleaned up and finally went online reading and responding to some of your posts. Then I took a nap for almost two hours.
Come late afternoon, I drove headed to the nature trail park and walked for a few rounds before driving back home and calling it a day.
Overall, I enjoyed my stepping activity for today. It was fun and I had a wonderful time; not as intense as yesterday, nonetheless, still a well out workout in my view, plus it’s Sunday and meant to be a rest day actually.
