My Actifit Report Card: September 9 2019
Hello and good day everyone! Happy Monday and welcome to my fitness report of the day. I hope you guys are doing well and that everything went well with your activities today with your family, love ones, and friends.
As for me, well, today went well. I had a wonderful time and it all started early this morning right after waking up at almost 6AM doing warmup exercises and calisthenics in my living room.
And as soon as I got done with my exercises, I immediately went outside the door and started walking around the neighborhood for about two hours. It rained last night, so the grounds weren’t that dry. Nevertheless, the weather was nice and lovely it was around 59F degrees it was soothing and calming with a fresh of breath air.
And as always trying to capture photos as I went around using my iPhone as well as the pleasure of listening to various music as a way to invigorate and make my walk more interesting and pleasant.
And before I know it, I was already heading home and I arrived at 9:34AM, hence achieved the automaticwin.
At home house, I rested, made myself a light breakfast, got cleaned up and went ahead reading and responding to some of your posts on the blockchain. Then I watched a movie show on Netflix called ‘The Spy.’
Come afternoon I drove back out to the nature trail park and did a few laps there before driving back home and to finally finish my stepping activity for the day.
Overall, my indoor exercises and outdoor stepping for today were energizing and I had a lot of fun. I enjoyed my stepping activity and will continue yet again tomorrow for another stepping action.
And having said that, I'd like to invite you again to stop by and join me tomorrow.
