My Actifit Report Card: October 3 2019
Hello everybody! Good evening and welcome to my fitness report for today. Glad to be here and thanks once again for being here. I hope you’re having a great time with your stepping activities today.
About me, well, it was another cold but terrific day stepping workout that all started early this morning doing warmup exercises and calisthenics in the living room while simultaneously watching news on TV.
And as soon as that was over, I was grabbing and putting on my coat, gloves and scarf and out the door I went and began walking around the neighborhood for some time.
And as I was going about my way I once again met this beautiful fur cat. I had an extended photo shot with this adorable, friendly and loving cat.
I returned home just before ten o’clock and rested in the couch in front of the TV watching the news then later fixing myself a light breakfast.
Come afternoon at around 3pm when it was a little bit warmer I was back out in the neighborhood again leisurely walking for a short time then came back home and calling it a day.

Howdy @flaxz, thanks for the visit. Glad you liked the pictures and yeah that cat does indeed look like a miniature lion, but you know he’s actually very tiny. He looks gigantic with his fur being so fluffy. I picked him up and put him on my lap, he was very cute, meowing.
