My Actifit Report Card: October 4 2019
Hello everybody! Good day and #HighFiveFriday and welcome to my fitness report. Glad to be here and thanks once again for joining me. I hope you are all having a marvelous time today with your stepping activities.
As for me, well, it has been an amazing day and so let me tell you how it all began and came about.
It all began after waking up early this morning and soon doing warmup exercises and calisthenics in the living room while also watching the news on TV.
And as soon as I was done with the exercises, I simply exited out the door and began walking around the neighborhood for some time. The weather temperature this morning wasn’t so critical in juxtaposition to the last two days, when it was in the mid 30s. Thanks, goodness. So, I was pretty much happy and kind of grateful about that. It made my morning walk much more enjoyable, pleasant and refreshing. It was wonderful walked.
And I took a few photos as I was walking around the place and then I particularly noticed the changing color of the leaves this tree. I think fall season is the most beautiful season; how it can transform the trees into something really beautiful as this one, this yellow/gold tree.
I also met another spider web and my furry friend during this walked.
Before long I was heading back home. At home I rested and fixed myself a light breakfast of toast and tea.
Come afternoon I went to the store for groceries and returned home unpacking the groceries and calling it a day.
All in all, I had a wonderful time with my stepping workout today and am feeling really good about it.
