My Actifit Report Card: marzo 4 2019

COMIENDO HUEVO A LA MEXICANA


Buen lunes steemians y actifitters, les saluda su amigo Rogelio.
El día de hoy tuve visitas en casa, vinieron un par de amigos a comer y ver películas en nexflix,. Tenía bastante tiempo en que no veía a estos amigos, por lo cual me dio mucho gusto verlo.
Prepare de comer un platillo llamado "huevo a la mexicana" el cual les recomiendo preparar, es muy sencillo prepararlo, solo necesitas:

1 tomate rojo.
1/4 cebolla.
1 chile serrano.
3 huevos.

1.- Cortas los tomates, la cebolla y el chile serrano en cuadros y los colocas en un toper.
2.- En el toper donde dejaste las verduras cortadas le agregas 3 huevos y lo revuelves.
3.- En una sartén agregas un poco de aceite y lo dejas calentar. Una vez caliente el aceite agregas el huevo con la verdura que revolviste.
4.- Esperas a que este cosido el huevo y listo, ya preparaste huevo a la mexicana.

En general el día de hoy no pude hacer mucho, ya que estuvo con llovizna todo el día en el barrio donde vivo.
