My Actifit Report Card: January 13 2019
For someone who's feeling relatively lazy, these numbers are ridiculously high. I slept half the afternoon, it's a good thing today's rest day for my abs workout.
This week's Update
So far, 17/7 intermittent fasting is working okay for me. I have control on my food intake more and I don't feel starved or deprived at all. I have lost 2-ish lbs after two weeks of IF.
My tummy workout showed some progress as well. Right now, I have lost half an inch on my waistline. Really very little progress but you know what they say, it's okay if you don't go that far right away. As long as you continue moving... or something to that effect. Not really sure what the exact words are.
Next week's plan
I will move to the next phase of my intermittent fasting. I'll be doing 18/6. So this means I will be eating One Meal a Day (and a little bit more.)
I'll also be continuing my tummy workout. Hopefully I'll be able to lose 1 full inch off my waistline. 😅
