My Actifit Report Card: August 8 2019

Today is a hazy day, so I did slow walking after work and walked to the beach to go for a swim. My count is a bit over 5000 but if you count my half an hour swim, it will be 2x more.

It is great to be able to dive onto the ocean on such a hit day.

I took a picture of the ocean here. Place is not crowded at all, no kids. It makes swimming extra nice as I could do the laps easily without interruption.
