My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2019
I walked to the beach after work again and dived into the beach. It was so hot today, 34 degrees. I could not breathe. I could not walk so much so only have 5 k steps walking.
Swimming was fun and not work. So I probobsly would have 10 k for all the exercise.
Took a photo of the beach I went to. Look, it almost has the same logo as actifit.
You might want to get a Fitbit, there are some that are waterproof and you can wear while swimming.
