walked 5 miles and a busy Starbucks shift on My Actifit Report Card: December 1 2018

It was another busy day at the Starbucks office. I had a busy 4 hour shift at the Frappuccino factory.

I walked 5 miles and and ran the stairs at a downtown parking structure earlier this morning.

My feet are killing me and I feel like an old man today.

I want and need sleep, so I’m calling it a night.
