SpongeBob SquareArms on My Actifit Report Card: June 5 2019
I just finished interviewing this young woman in front of Kaweah Delta Medical Center, during my usual last minute hustle for 10k in @actifit activity.
She was trying to break up a fight between her two dogs, and the dogs broke bones in both her hands.
She was told that she had one of the best hand surgeons in the area, and that her hands would be as good as new after recovery.
I’m still walking for my 10k, and I have 18 minutes to reach 10000 steps.

I did two sets of Seven77 today, including @daniel-san presses and push-ups.
i spent most of the day driving the family up and around the Sequoia National Park.
