Ford PowerStroke on My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2019
I had to run to work this morning because I was running late.
I was still 2 minutes late, but I ended up working 3 very busy hours for Starbucks before I had my break, and I stayed late to give the shift her break.
I gained 7000 steps during my Starbucks shift.
This evening, I walked over 8000 steps to get myself near 20k for the day. The highlight of this evening’s walk, was walking by this older F250 PowerStroke.
I owned a similar Ford many moons ago. Ford Tough and #SteemOnDudes!
