Quality Walking on My Actifit Report Card: August 14 2019
Most of my steps were accumulated by walking around Redwood High School. It’s about 1800 steps around the campus, and I walked around the campus 5 times.
@aaronthegoat starts school tomorrow morning.
I also walked to Starbucks this afternoon to pickup my tips from last week.
It was extremely hot outside today, but I still walked an additional 3000 steps on the walk home from Starbucks.
