Meatloaf for Dinner on My Actifit Report Card: October 6 2019
I did a solo walk this evening to gain over 15,000 steps for today’s @actifit Report Card.
Before I started my walk, @luvbnamome was preparing her famous meatloaf.
I received a text letting me know that dinner was ready.
@luvbnamome’s secret ingredient is a Chili Sauce
I walked to work, worked a very slow afternoon shift at Starbucks. After my shift, I walked an extra 2000 steps on my walk home.
The evening weather is perfect, and I’m satisfied with today’s Activity count.
