My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2019
Today is the first day, I use the Actifit Fitness Tracker!! It was a normal workday for me, but I used the stairs to reach my office on the 4th floor of the building.
After work I went for a nice walk in my neighborhood!
I hope to keep up the walking on a regular basis!!
