My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2019

Today I went for a walk again, the first part of my walk is a steep uphill!! It gets my heart pumping quickly, just the right thing for a beautiful winters afternoon here in Pretoria. I think a lot of the people living in Europe would like this type of weather in summer!!

Today I increased my distance a bit, I would like to keep it up for about a week, before increasing again. I must say I am feeling great after this walk!! It is just the right medicine to relax after a day at the office.

Keep up exercising!! It is good for you!!

You walk little bit more than previous walk! I think it's better keep average walking distance! After all it's a good photography as well!
