My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2019
It has been a cold winter here in Florida this year so all the trees are shedding their leaves. So being the nice guy that I am, I decided to help one of the elderly neighbors today by cleaning out their rain gutters. It was a lot of work getting up and down the ladder, but it felt really good helping someone who could not do the work by themselves. You should of seen the look on my neighbors face when I walked over there and told him I was going to clean his gutters free of charge. That look alone made all the work worth the time spent doing it. In the process of walking around and climbing the ladder I also got my steps in. So it was a win win situation today. Hope you all had a great day as well. Enjoy and remember that life is short...so get out there and live.
