运动会使人感到痛苦,无论是心脏、骨骼、肌肉都要承受不断的锤炼,在锤炼的过程中逐步变得强大。正如有句戏谑之语所说的那样“胖是不知不觉,瘦是刻骨铭心”。运动可以磨练人的意志,舒缓内心压力,培养乐观向上的生活态度。热爱运动的人不会颓废。
