Today's treadmill run was tough... possibly 'cos I've cut out a lot of sugar from my diet recently... and I've eaten less than usual this wknd... not as well fuelled. Some of the run below was.fat burn fer sure.
12KPH on a 1% incline mostly
K5 = 1.5 2 2.5 3% just for 1K
12.5-13 for the final.500 metres.
Tough!
Still 1100 calories with the warm up according to tha Garmin!
