A minute slower than last week due to wind - I guess the guy's who usually beat me didn't show as it was NEVER going to be PB weather!
Still I enjoyed it... not sure about the old Heart -

It's only 'cos everyone else realised there was no PB on - honestly - the wind! 1 minute slower, and I was keeping pace with all the usual people I recognised.
