오늘의 운동 기록(2월 7 일)
오늘은 우리 아들들이 개학해서 학교에 가고 나도 출근하고 바쁘네요.
일단은 오늘 만걸음 걷기 달성 했습니다.
날마다 이렇게 하는데 명절이라고 너무 먹을것이 많아서
정말 많이 먹었나보네요.
그렇지 않으면 오늘 몸무게 재보니 3킬로나 올라가서 놀 랐네요.
요세 정체기 같아서요.
체중계 올라간 순간 울고 싶더라고요.
다시 예전 처럼 식사량 조절을 할까 생각중입니다.
