Rained all day today, so lots of exercise indoors again. I'll go out whatever the weather tomorrow.
I like to walk listening to music and its good if the beat matches my pace. I like to walk fast, so I looked up the beats per minute of one of the songs I listen to here and it was 137 BPM https://songbpm.com/
I’ve made this song list of songs with a similar beat, I’ll probably do some slower ones as well, as I’ll walk slower if I’m going a longer distance.
