It was a nice day today, lots of sunshine and warmer than recently. I did a mixture of exercise. Breaking down 10k into small bursts seems to suit me. I get bored trying to do it all in one go.
Hope the nice days continue, its been a miserable winter and I'm probably lacking vitamin D.
