The New Arrival and My Actifit Report Card: November 26 2018
First run for nearly a week
I haven’t done much over the last week as things have been busy. I became a nanny again. My daughter gave birth to my first grandson so I’ve been preoccupied with being there for them.
Meet Arlo
He’s absolutely gorgeous, I just want to spend my time cuddling him but unfortunately I have to start training for a marathon. I’m going to have to organise my time well so that I can do the training and spend time with him and my granddaughter who I babysit too.
She’s gorgeous too, I love her, she is just so funny, if you’re feeling sad she instantly cheers you up.
Anyway back to running. I managed to drag myself out in the evening as the weather weren’t too bad, just a little 5k to ease myself back into it.
I was happy with that although my legs are aching and feel stiff already.
