Mind static qi -- can grasp mental health, understand reason, can know the glory and disgrace, can concentrate;
Mind static gas - to the courage to ignore fame and fortune, the pursuit of excellence, high not alone side self-admiration, low not self-embrace.
胸怀静气——才能保持清醒头脑，深谋远虑，鉴天地之精微，察万物之规律;
胸怀静气——才能真正淡泊名利，心态平衡，不为进退滋扰，宠辱泰然不惊;
胸怀静气——才能做到志存高远，心忧天下，不为成绩骄傲，不为挫折沮丧;
胸怀静气——才能把握心理健康，明白事理，可以知荣明辱，可以心无旁骛;
胸怀静气——才能勇于不计名利，追求卓越，高不孤方自赏，低不自抱自弃。
