Actifit Tracking + Travel Day!
Hi Friends!
I’m midway through a travel day while writing this and will be jumping on a red eye flight to Mexico City shortly! Will get there around 6 am and then explore the airport a bit until my 11 am flight to Acapulco.
Even though it’s been a busy day of packing and traveling - I was able to get in a workout before leaving this afternoon!

The Daily Health Highlight Reel
I’m still on a roll with doing non-weight bearing excersises while my toe heals. Did a good circuit of arm excercises with weights, squats, one footed push ups (ouch) and tons of floor ab excercises.
Made my smoothie to get in some fresh fruit and greens before traveling.
Had dinner at the Seattle airport and ordered this tasty salad. Greens, blueberries, walnuts, dried cranberries, feta and tomatoes.
