Sigh... another setback. I’ve been super sick the last 24 hours from some water contamination. I honestly don’t even know how I got 5k steps because I feel like I hardly left the bed/pool area.
Btw... having body chills while I’m warm, sunny Mexico is such a weird feeling!
I’m starting to feel better though - fingers crossed!
