Hi Friends!

My new 5k+ only rule has meant that I haven’t posted Actifit reports quite as frequently! It’s serving as a good dose of motivation to actually lace up and head out for that walk or run.

Even though I did hit my goal today... it was actually a pretty lazy Sunday.

Here’s my daily health recap! 💪🏻

  • Went for a 45 minute walk and enjoyed the sunshine today.

  • Made a healthy chicken salad for dinner!

  • Did some shopping and food prep for the week. My latest “thing” is to grill up a bunch of chicken breast to have ready for the week. I often just eat some chicken and avocado for lunch. Can’t go wrong with a good dose of protein and fat! Plus... the prep work couldn't be easier.
