The Cougars are back! Today was full Sun and cold on my hike. I was following one of my favorite trails, when I almost stepped into a fresh pile of Cougar scat. When they come down from the higher Mountains following there food source I always start to pay more attention. I watch my back, and above me.......They love trees..... think domestic cat tree🙀
Everyone enjoy the outdoors it’s much more fun than a treadmill ! LOL

    I love the outdoors, I can't stand being inside on a treadmill or machine in a gym. I don't have to worry about cougars tho, only black bears! LoL. ;)

    I do too, my hike has a lot of steep uphill, and forest. I have been doing this everyday, just this hike nothing else got my wife completely off high blood pressure meds😀
