Guys it’s raining....I know, I won’t melt, but it’s getting cold!😱
Mrs Silvertop is at work, so I decided to go get a load of “firewood “.
I really like burning this stuff!I know ... everyone thinks it’s not worth it, or it will burn too quick.😯
Not true.... in one hour I can cut up enough of this wood for a week of wood stove fires!
Not only that, but these pallets are everywhere, and people are glad to get rid of them....Free!👍
The last set of photos were taken on the way home with these pallets.
This is Cloud Mountain, an outdoor nursery and garden center.
You can see by the moving photos just why they call this Cloud Mountain!
It’s real name is Sumas Mountain, and up in these cloud covered hills is where you will find Silvertop....most days!😊
Today was walking and working on firewood.....and waterproofing for tomorrow!😊

There is something kind of reassuring and mentally warming about a wood fire I think, and its a bit cool here this mornings only 42F with real feel about 37, I am debating going for a beach walk or not with the breeze by the water it will be chill but I do like my morning walks LOL
I thhink there is somethign magical when clouds are low over a mountain range like that
It is a beautiful place here, but i'm sure just like where you are the weather can get dangerous.
The sun is out this morning good hiking weather😀
WellI hope you got a good hike in, the sun was out here today but the temp took a dive over night was very brisk for my morning walk LOL
