Fridayโs are one of the best days to workout and start the weekend! ๐
Itโs known that people rarely workout on โFridaysโ because most of them tend to just go out and party.
Iโm a contrarian and always try to workout on Fridays because the gym is usually pretty empty. ๐ฌ
I decided to workout on these โold manโ machines and take it pretty easy today, I didn't want to hurt myself like I did a few weeks ago. ๐คฃ
Not too bad with the step count today, 2800+ walking around machine to machine.
Iโm already getting close to my goals this year and plan to go harder starting from now on! ๐ช๐ผ๐๐ผ๐ฏ
