My Actifit Report Card: March 3
Today I did some of the heavy work that waited for me for some weeks.
I spent the full day outside, smashing big pieces of concrete in my garden, to make space for trees and grass.
My tools are my proof for you, while the pain in my muscles is the proof for me, and a sign that I need to work my body:
