My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2019
Today was a pretty good day. Hit my goal of 11k steps for the second day in a row. Hopefully tomorrow will be three. Maybe even another #automicwin if I play it right!!
All depends on how my work shift works out. Am on a stretch of long work nights and my walking depends on how busy work is.
