My Actifit Report Card: April 11 2019
After a 6 hours jogging from my home to our local stadium I decided to engage my self in some really nice work out to keep my self in good shape.
So I and a friend had a little chat which am going to share with you briefly cos I think the world at large has to know this.
Life is all about two things and that is Yes or No and no in between. You see the secret of a complicated life lies in the inability to choose from this two options.
When we find our self not able to decide weather or not it's a YES or a NO we place our self in a very confused place they we can't move away from on less we go back and make that choice.
Life is far simple than why we take it for the most complicated choice turn out to be the most simple ones.
The only thing to do is make a logical response to the choices we make be it a Yes or a No.
