Winter Over. Am Out of My Hibernation. Time for Actifit!

As winters are over, I'm back!

No, no; I don't mean crypto winter (read: l do mean that!), it was really too cold out there this winter. So I was mostly indoors ...hibernating inside the four walls (actually, in my bed).

I can't tell you, how much I wanted to take part in Actifit ...I really wanted to be a fit stupid but couldn't dare to go out during hibernation period.

Today was the day when I finally downloaded Actifit app and tried tracking my movements.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that it tracked my indoor movements too! Out of my 10,000 count today, over 75% were accrued through my indoor movements ...I move a lot in my home, you know!

The remaining 25% counts were earned when I went to the market to buy some vegetables & fruits.

So it was a mixed feeling to see how easy was to accumulate activity points. One was a very pleasing feeling and the other was re-assuring my stupidity to myself for not using this app all through the winters

So this is to let you know to not be as @stupid as I'm and do use Actifit app daily whether you intentionally want to be fit or otherwise.

I guess, if you will insert your mobile inside your hand gloves while surfing with your mouse all day, ...it may earn you many activity counts ...LOL!

For me, I'll keep walking daily with this app ...let's see where I reach
