I go to the office every day to walk. It takes only 10 minutes to walk from my home to my office. So feel more comfortable by walking.

At the end of the day, all the fatigue was terminated by playing cricket with friends at night. Sports is important for keeping health and mind fresh.

Joint pain will decrease
Regular walking reduces the risk of pain in the body of several joints. Normally, with the increase in age, women suffer from various bones and joints of the body. Walking to keep body joints healthy is undoubtedly a very effectibve exercise.
