            I hate squats... my knee hurts like insane... talking about that, how long it takes the ligaments to be fully restored? Jeez, its taking toooooo long!

            aw i love them As they hurt liek H & i then know, i did it right ;)
            oh still a knee bug? oh hun, ligaments takes for ever, its not stable until 2 weeks after .. depending on how the wrip in the ligament is, around 5-5weeks
