My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2019
We saw another low scoring match at Birmingham today as the hosts and the tournament favourites, England beat Australia by 8 wickets. Australia won the toss and choose to bat on a surface which was supposed to assist batsmen throughout but the English bowlers were superb at the start as they ripped through Australian top order.
England faced some resistance at the hands of Steve Smith and Alex Carey but ended up bowling Australia out for just 223.
English batsmen came out and played positive cricket and everyone contributed. England won the match comfortably with more than 17 overs to spare.
I watched the whole match and still my activity is good which is because of the fact that I went on a long evening walk today with a friend.
