Hab ich mal wo gelesen und hab's mir auf die Fahne geschrieben.

20 min. Laufen
20 min. Bauchmuskeltraining
60 min. Fitness
2×15 min. Sauna
Ich glaube,dass für heute genug gequält wurde. Und morgen geht die Folter von von vorne los.
Respekt! Von deiner Motivation könnte ich mir mal ne Scheibe abschneiden :)

Schneid dir soviele Scheiben, wie du brauchst. Hab genug Motivation und die wird mehr, wenn ich andere auch motivieren kann. 😉
