Hab ich mal wo gelesen und hab's mir auf die Fahne geschrieben.

20 min. Laufen
20 min. Bauchmuskeltraining

2×15 min. Sauna

Ich glaube,dass für heute genug gequält wurde. Und morgen geht die Folter von von vorne los.
